World Sanctuary

The World Sanctuary proposes a symbiosis of history and the future. The Sanctuary structure employs two different elements existing one within then other to their mutual advantage, both the plan and the section combine these two elements, the circle and the square, from which evolves a three part composition. The Circle, a symbol of the Cosmos and the Psyche, express the ultimate wholeness of life, of man, and nature; the square, a symbol of earthbound matter, permanent and secure, recognizes the four points on the compass.
