River’s Edge Resort & Marina, Povidence, RI

Preliminary design studies for a destination resort and entertainment complex located at the Northern end of Narragansett Bay south of Providence, RI. The preliminary studies included conceptual design of a $400 million multi-use development incorporating two 500 room hotels, up to four restaurants, two 100,000 SF casinos, structured parking for buses and 5000 cars, a Great Hall concourse and drop off, a shopping and entertainment complex and precinct, a recreation/ exercise facility, an indoor theater, an outdoor concert pavilion aquarium, a nautical museum and a 500 slip marina.
