The invention is a new configuration of chess pieces.  The basis for the design involved the use of two geometric solids in such a way that all related pieces have a similar silhouette. Just as people of cultural influence and importance are simply human beings in their essence, the pieces of power and of a particular nature are built on the essential shape of the pawn. The differentiating shape  of the pieces facilitate use by the blind and sight impaired. (Patent No. 270363 issued by U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.)
