Gannett Residence

Reconstruction of the south wing of an existing residence built in 1885 in order to provide more intimate family living and play space. The design program includes a new playroom, laundry, sitting room, kitchen, family dining room and an exterior deck and terrace. The exterior architecture of the new work reflects an extension of the existing porch and the interior architecture seeks to link the new spaces with  the use of an open plan, two level spaces and related balconies.
