Casco Crossing Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Andover, MA

Undertook a Property Condition Assessment of a 96 unit apartment complex. Work included inspecting and photographing the site and related buildings; reviewing available site and construction drawings; conducting discussions with property and building managers, building officials, manufacturers and suppliers; determining the replacement costs of defective material and equipment; and preparing the draft PCA report, a capital budget cost distribution analysis and a captioned photo inventory of defects.
