Crosswoods Winery,  N. Stonington, CT

Design and construction of a 40,000 gallon wine processing facility to be placed in an existing three-barn complex built in the mid 19th and early 20th centuries. The adaptive re-use of the existing structures involved  adjustment of the industrial wine process requirements to difficult site and building constraints. [W. Nichols w/ R. Arthur ]
